I know I must not be the only one in this situation, because my feet are pretty normal size in the West...
My shoes are size 10.5 to 11 in the United States, which is like 45 or 46 in China. However, most stores only sell shoes up to 43 or 44. When I do find some 45 or larger, they are usually garish, overpriced basketball shoes in red and gold, or something ridiculous like that. But mostly when I ask for size 45 or higher, the salesladies just say, "Meiyou..." and look at me like I'm some freakish monster. Basically, I just want some black sneakers that fit.
Do you guys have any tips on how to find normal shoes in larger sizes? I don't want to buy online because the shoes may not fit if I don't try them on first. I have sometimes bought sizes 45, 46, and 47 because some shoes just fit differently and it's not always possible to just guess based on the number.
